The Motley Skull Hoodie is unisex and features the artwork of the one and only Vance Kelly. Each sleeve is printed with our classic snakes, and the front print is the Motley Skull print worn by Vince Neil on tour. There is a 4″ white on black Junker Hellstar patch on the upper center back. Each hoodie is unique. No two will be exactly alike.
